Welcome to Miss Universe Masterclass: The Casting, the gateway to becoming part of the Glam Team on the road to Puerto Rico 2026, in the historic 75th edition of Miss Universe. This is not just a beauty pageant. It is a global platform that celebrates international projection, artistic discipline, and excellence in every detail.
This Masterclass has been designed as a visual and sensory experience where you will gain a deep understanding of what Miss Universe represents today in makeup and hairstyling. Here, you will not only observe techniques. You will understand the visual language that defines a candidate on the most important stage in the world.
Art within Miss Universe goes beyond emotion. Candidates require versatility, precision, and technical mastery to project beauty in any context, under any light, and at all times. For this reason, the Glam Team plays one of the most important roles within the organization.
We are looking for professionals who can both do makeup and hairstyling. We are looking for complete artists. Individuals who understand the balance between technical skill and visual sensitivity, and who see their talent as a tool for global projection.
During the Masterclass, you will gain firsthand insight into what Miss Universe is looking for this year. This experience gives you access to the international casting process through both Onsite and Online formats. At the end, you will understand the next steps to be considered as part of the official team.

Isabel Pérez
Isabel Pérez is a renowned makeup artist and international beauty authority with more than 30 years of experience across fashion, music, television, advertising, and entertainment.
Her career is closely connected to Miss Universe, where she has worked with numerous titleholders, including Riyo Mori, Dayana Mendoza, Zuleyka Rivera, Olivia Culpo, Gabriela Isler, Paulina Vega, and Pia Wurtzbach, contributing to official portraits, campaigns, and international productions.
She has also collaborated with acclaimed photographers such as Fadil Berisha and with major figures in music and fashion, including Madonna, Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, Shakira, Tyra Banks, Cindy Crawford, Maluma, and J Balvin, as well as leading publications such as Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar.
Beyond her work in front of the camera, Isabel has been a mentor to emerging generations of makeup artists, including Mario Dedivanovic, founder of Makeup by Mario.
Her philosophy is centered on enhancing each woman’s individuality and natural beauty, taking into consideration her features, personality, fashion, lighting, and overall context. Her legacy is defined not only by the faces she has created, but also by her influence on the evolution of beauty worldwide over more than three decades.
